Are there professional standards for the coaching industry?
Yes. There is a code of ethics that the majority of professional coaches adhere to. Though these standards are not State or Federally regulated, there are a number of organizations helping to set standards for the industry. In addition, there are generally accepted core competencies and many groups promoting the advancement of coaches.
How will I know you are the right coach for me?
Similar to many forms of therapy, two of the most important variables that determine the results achieved through coaching are:
1) The effort that the client applies to the process.
2) The relationship between the coach and the client.
During your Discovery Session, we will identify if we are an appropriate fit. Both the coach and the client must agree on the fit to maximize the results. By the end of the Discovery Session, you will know if the coaching and support you receive while working with LifeDezign is right for you.
